Responsibilities

  • Own the definition and execution of system-level validation plans, roadmaps, and test strategies
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive system-level test case library covering functional, safety, and security requirements
  • Lead defect management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve complex hardware and software integration issues
  • Implement automated test solutions and scripting to improve system validation efficiency
  • Mitigate technical risks and validation blockers through proactive identification and stakeholder escalation
  • Reproduce complex system issues using in-vehicle, bench, and HIL/VHIL setups
  • Manage the collection and correlation of system-wide data traces including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
  • Analyze returned ECUs and system components to identify root causes of field failures

Requirements

Candidates must have advanced expertise in automotive infotainment architectures and proficiency in protocols like CAN and Automotive Ethernet. Strong technical competence in vehicle instrumentation, debugging, and structured problem-solving methodologies like 8D or 5-Why is essential.

Experience

Strong experience in vehicle instrumentation, system debugging, and log extraction.

Team structure

Reports to validation leadership and collaborates closely with development and cross-functional teams.
