Responsibilities
- Own the definition and execution of system-level validation plans and DVP&R documentation.
- Build and maintain comprehensive test cases covering functional, performance, safety, and security requirements.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve complex system-level defects across hardware and software.
- Implement automated test solutions and scripts to drive continuous improvement in validation processes.
- Coordinate system-wide data collection and correlation including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet traces.
- Analyze returned ECUs and components to determine root causes of field failures.
Requirements
Candidates must possess advanced expertise in automotive communication protocols, safety standards like ISO 26262, and proficiency with the dSPACE toolchain. A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential.
Experience
Proven experience in system validation, vehicle instrumentation, and technical leadership within the automotive industry.
