Candidate interview feedback that keeps review in the loop
A candidate-facing report built around strengths, practical development guidance, and controlled time-limited sharing.

Candidate interview feedback turns an approved interview snapshot into a practical report a candidate can read and revisit. The structure starts with what stood out, then separates the role's core development areas from optional skills that may help later.
The current implementation is being reviewed in pull request #241. The experience shown here is a product preview, not a release announcement.
Feedback with a usable shape
The report brings together strengths, a main development direction, core skills, optional skills, and a practical closing sequence. Core and optional skills stay separate so candidates can distinguish what the role requires from additional areas they may choose to explore.
The candidate-facing view is deliberately bounded. It does not expose rankings, scores, internal evidence, or hiring-outcome claims.
Staff review comes before sharing
A generated report is not shared automatically. A staff member first reviews the displayed snapshot and confirms that review before creating a candidate link.
Each link points to an immutable snapshot. Regenerating feedback later does not silently change a report that has already been shared.
Access that ends on purpose
- Choose a one-day, seven-day, or thirty-day lifetime when creating a link.
- Revoke access before the expiry date when a link should no longer be available.
- Expired, revoked, invalid, and unknown links return the same unavailable state without exposing report content.
What this preview does not claim
The pull request still requires the normal migration, staging, live-model, and deployment gates. The reviewed code and screenshots do not establish that the feature is available in production.
