Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize U-Boot and early platform-initialization flows.
  • Customize Linux kernel or RTOS distributions for proprietary board architectures.
  • Maintain complex Device Trees and resolve early silicon errata with hardware vendors.
  • Improve boot time, memory behavior, power consumption, and system stability.
  • Debug low-level platform issues using GNU toolchains and hardware-assisted techniques.

Requirements

Advanced C, ARMv8 or ARMv9 assembly, Linux-kernel internals, memory architecture, hardware abstraction, GNU toolchains, and embedded build systems are required. Yocto, BitBake, QNX or ACRN, profiling, and silicon-vendor debugging are preferred.

Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in low-level operating-system customization, BSP, or platform-software development.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
