By accessing or using our website, services, or tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. Acceptance of Terms

2. User Responsibilities

To maintain a safe and functional environment, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass, override, or manipulate system prompts, safeguards, or restrictions, including through prompt injection, jailbreaks, or similar techniques.
  • Post, transmit, or input any content that is defamatory, offensive, contains unauthorized Sensitive Personal Information (SPI), or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

3. AI Outputs & No Professional Advice

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, metrics, analyses, predictions, and other outputs (collectively, the “Outputs”).

All Outputs are provided for informational and analytical purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, HR compliance, business, or other professional advice. The Outputs are generated based on probabilistic models and data patterns; therefore, they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on the Outputs, and any hiring or business decisions made based on the Outputs, are made entirely at your own risk. AI-Nauts LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Output.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

Our Property: All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and code—is the property of AI-Nauts LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary content without prior written consent.

Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the data, resumes, or text you input into the Service ("Inputs"). By providing Inputs, you grant AI-Nauts LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use the Inputs solely to provide the Service to you.

Your Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we transfer to you all of our right, title, and interest in and to the Outputs. However, due to the nature of machine learning, you acknowledge that Outputs may not be unique across all users and the Service may generate the same or similar output for a third party.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI-Nauts LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any claim that your Inputs infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or BIPA/statutory rights of a third party.

6. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI-NAUTS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI-NAUTS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI-NAUTS LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
